Angela holds a Masters degree in Nutrition from Nirmala Niketan and has been counselling and teaching students on Diet and Nutrition at the TLPTI since it’s inception.
She believes that Nutrition plays a huge role in the optimal health of our bodies and can turn almost any metabolic issue around, provided we use the right principles. Each student should have a tailor made approach and not “one size fits all”. She believes that with changing times, studies in nutrition have also grown leaps and bounds and one must keep updating knowledge with what’s trending, what works for our bodies , what doesn’t work and only then make an informed decision on what path to follow.
